Sunday Spa-Day at SMW Middleburg

Register now for an afternoon of relaxation, rejuvenation and respite at Shade Mountain Winery in Middleburg.  Kicking off at 1:00pm, we will play host to the fabulous Johanna Kodlick (RYT-200) of Lizard Toes Yoga as she instructs you in a 60-minute session of flow yoga.  Thereafter, the talented Beth Stark RDN, LDN of Beth Stark Nutrition will lead you in creating a snack board to be enjoyed as nourishment for your mind, body and soul.  Also included in the afternoon of pampering is a warm weather SM wine cocktail to assist you in the "un-wine-ing;)" process.  

Cost of the class is $30 and includes all the aforementioned activities/food/wine.  *Yoga blankets and blocks will be available for use, but participants must bring their own mat.*
