Pizza Making Workshop @ SMW in Middleburg!

Join us here at our Winery in Middleburg for this fun & interactive workshop! Shanty Secrets (Recreational Cooking School and Bistro) is coming to educate and assist in the art of Pizza Making!  Who doesn't love making and consuming their own pizzas....especially when you can have wine in-hand!

In this hands-on class (estimated to last approximately 2 hours) you will learn:
✨ How to make and roll your own dough

✨ How to make your own sauce

✨Selecting and assembling your toppings

You will leave with:
✔️ Recipes for pizza dough & sauce
✔️ Your cooked masterpiece (to be enjoyed at the winery or to take home!  You will be given a take-home box)
✔️ The confidence to bake at home

Limited seating — reserve your spot early!

This class includes all the supplies you'll need to create and assemble your own, personal pizza.  You will also be given snacks/grazing board to enjoy while making your pizza.  Your pizza will be cooked on-site, as the Pizza Gurus are bringing their own pizza oven that can quickly cook your masterpiece.  

Now what goes better with PIZZA than SMW Wine;)?!  So be sure to stop at our bar upon entry and purchase a tasting flight, wine by the glass and/or bottle to enjoy during this workshop (not included in the pride of the ticket).  Tickets for the workshop are $45/person.  The tickets can be purchased here on our FB page or website.
