Strengthen, Savor & Sip: A Mediterranean Wellness Experience

Sip wine, savor fresh flavors, and relax with friends during this energizing morning at the winery. Start off by enjoying a 40-minute yoga fit session aiming to strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body led by Chelsey Davis (of Yoga Fit Studio and ACSM certified fitness trainer) outside on the SMW deck set against the peaceful vineyard backdrop.

NOTE: Outdoor yoga session is weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the session will be moved inside. Please be sure to bring your own yoga essentials, as mats etc. are not provided.

Directly afterward, build your own Mediterranean-inspired hummus and veggie board to refuel while learning practical tips from Beth Stark, RDN, LDN for incorporating the principles of this healthy lifestyle into your everyday routine for overall well-being.

Cost of the ticket is $40 and includes yoga instruction, a Chef + Registered Dietitian led recipe demo and the creation of your personal hummus board to enjoy at the winery or take home. Do not forget the wine! Stop by the bar to purchase a tasting flight/glass/bottle of your favorite SMW wine to reach full relaxation mode! We also have various mimosas that you can enjoy as well.
