The Olde Loft Candle Making Class @ SMW!
Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards - Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards, Pennsylvania 104, Middleburg, PA, USA
"Light" up your afternoon at Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards by making candles under the tutelage of The Olde Loft candle crafters! The Team at The Olde Loft (Richard Road, Middleburg) have taken on the craft of candle making and are looking forward to imparting their expertise on to you! Tickets for the class are $35 and include all your supplies and instruction.
On Sunday, November 1st, the Olde Loft Team will guide you through their candle-making process from start to finish including a visit to their "SEASONAL SCENT BAR" where you can mix & match fragrances to create YOUR own custom candle scent.
Once you’ve poured your candle into a beautiful frosted amber tumbler, sit back and relax while it cures. Enjoy a wine tasting flight, wine by the bottle or glass (not included in the price of the ticket). Also purchase some SMW appetizers, or feel free to bring along your own snacks to enjoy.
We’re also excited to welcome Joanne Groff of The Painted Pen as special guest for the afternoon!
Joanne is a talented local artist offering beautifully painted stationery and greeting cards, stickers, notebooks, planners, and more. She’ll have a curated collection of her artwork available to browse and shop while your candle cures.
It’s the perfect way to spend a fall Sunday afternoon — candles, seasonal scents, local art, good food, and a little wine.
Space is limited, so reserve your seat and join us for our final candle-making class of the year!
Hope to see you on November 1st!
